I live in New York State. I hired a limousine service to take my husband and me out for a dinner cruise to celebrate our 10th anniversary. When we got in the limo we discovered that the air conditioning did not work. It was a very warm day and we decided we'd be much more comfortable in our own car and sent the limo back. What rights do I have? Should I be able to get a full refund? I reserved the limo on a credit card a few weeks ago and the entire amount was posted to my card two days before the scheduled pickup.
