California: I ordered a service online to be performed on an electronic item. My item has been received by the company but no service has been done on it yet. I recently found that the service can be done for $30 cheaper and would like to cancel my order. Is it legally possible to cancel my order without being charged anything? There is nothing on the website stating whether cancellations are allowed or if a fee is charged for cancelling the service. THANKS!! Aph
