What is the name of your state?Georgia

I might be in the wrong forum  My question is in regard to a Living Will. Do you have to obtain a Living Will applicable to state of residency, as in Georgia??

If so, should this person become ill and/or disabled in another state, would the Living Will be honored in any state other than Georgia!!

Direct me to the correct forum, if this question does not apply here.

Thanks

This belongs in Elder Law section and same question (different state) was already answered there. Hence, there's no need to repost.
