What is the name of your state? arizona

is a contract legally binding if the seller and buyer wrote conflicting dates when they signed the contract? (i.e. the seller dated the document as 1/5/02 and the buyer as 1/5/03)

The contract is legally binding. The wrong date was obviously a typo and the courts will “read in” the correct date.
