After begining to get my student loans out of default I requested a copy of all of my promissory notes. I recieved a packet from the fedral loan program with 2 idemnity agreements showing alterations in dates and amounts. Then the other 2 promissory notes were missing or lost and could not be retrieved. They stated I am still responsible for the loans due to collection history. I know I owe the money but do I have a case to fight the loans anyway?
