I am attending a major Phialdelphia University. When I started college I was provided with information on annual tuition fees. I am now a senior and the school is trying to overbill me due to a supposed billing policy. They are charging me 116% of the full time tuition and refuse to acknowledge the problem and tell me to "deal with it". Is this a subject for legal matters and what should I do?
