I am buying a car from a friend I almost paid off when she got mad at me she came to my house busted out my window and caused damage to the body can I have that deducted from price I owe her the police was called out when she did the damage

No, but you can make a police report, follow up by pushing for prosecution and restitution, and sue for damages.
