I have a lease that has three years left on it. The catalic converter went on the car last year. It took the dealer a month to get the part from Germany. The automatic sun-roof button must be held down in order for the roof to close. In the meantime gas prices have soared and I am noticing that the car has been burning far more gas than normal. Can't afford this anymore! I think the catalic converter went again. I just want out of the lease. Mercedes-Benz Credit wants me to pay all fees. Do I have any recourse if the car is defective? It's still under warrantee, but I am just fed up. I don't want this car anymore. Can't find orginal copy of lease agreement!
