live in arkansas. Owner of small town auto repair shop. a customer dropped off their car to be repaired. I informed them of the problem/the part required/the price. I also informed them it would need to be prepaid-meaning when they give me the money I would repair the car. That was a month ago-- still no money for the car part and car is in my shop. Can I charge them for storage fees of their car?and if so what date can be used as a start of the storage fees?
