if some one was to send a fax accepting an offer and it was never recieved by the 2nd party because his fax machine was out of paper is the 2nd party legally liable to still accept the offer (the offer was withdrawn by the 2nd pary after he thought no response had been sent by the some1 and after the fax was sent). if any1 knows the 'postal rule' for electronic transmissions preferably in Queensland, Australia it would be much appreciated.
