I was on the verge of graduating from a (9 month) formal military school. One month prior to graduating, I was "accused" of cheating. Kicked out of school. Refused NJP. Requested court martial. Instead of summary court martial opted to special court martial. Outcome of hearing: charges dropped and received page 11 (which was based on the charges of "cheating and soliciting"); rebutted pg 11. Request mast to Com. Gen. Trng. Comm. Quantico. Competency Review Board conducted; outcome of review board: evidence not sufficient enough to be thrown out the school....board recommended that I be reinstated to the school. Was not reinstated; received pcs orders. from current station submitted AA form to complete the school.....Now here is the big question???? If the charges were dropped and the evidence was not substantial or (true)... i am now being informed i am "persona non grata" and IF i am able to go back to the school , i will be forced to start over. Is this legal??????
