i re-enlisted in the military last year because i was told in writing that i needed to have at least eight months retainability on my enlistment if i wanted to stay where i was stationed indefinitely. i did and since then i was forced to move without reason especially since i met all the requirements to stay where i was and leadership confirmed that i would not be moving (despite the fact that indefinite tours are not guaranteed). can i get out of this military contract since i was deceived? if there any questions please ask. i tried to keep this as brief as possible
