abba 16 yr old daughter mr n mrs tan. mr tan recently retrenched while her mum unemployed for some time . abba decide to give tutuion to help out her parents financially.
during one part she was introduced to dora, Managing director og GGPL ( modelling industry).dora is impressed with abba interest in modelling and ask if she interested in modelling to sign a one year contract to be train as professional model. abba is excited about it and signed a one year contract with GGPL..The contract include Abba will be train by professional to prepare for her various assignment. In exchange abba would have to take all assigenments given to her by GGPL , unless she had a medical certification to prove that she is unwell for the day.

6 mths later, she completed her training and 10 modelling assignments, abba found it stressful , juggling with her tution lesson and modelling assignment. she decide to take it easy on herself and inform GGPL she would only selective accept some assignment give to her by GGPL..
GGPL is unhappy and decided to sue abba for breach of contract . abba insist that she is minor at time when she sign the contract thus not legally bound by the terms

1.what are the two disputing parties legal position under the law.
2.if abba is legally bound by contract she has entered with GGPL and refuses to take on the modelling assignements during one year contract, can ggpl sucessfully ask court for an order of specific performance?
