california state,
a girl of 8 years old recieved advertisement for musical CDs from the columbia house music center. they had a promotion of buying several CDs and getting a certain number for free. the letter was on her name. she, without telling her parents, filled it out, and send it in. later she received several free cd's, yet did not buy any that she was supposed to according to the contract. from what i know, minors cannot enter into legally binding contracts. as a minor is she still responsible to pay for the cd's she was supposed to buy? thank you for your time
