In Sept.1999 my husband went
to co-sign for his brother on a mobile home and was actually put down as the primary buyer. My husband's
name appeared first on the
contract and he questioned
the salesman as to why it appeared first. The salesman told my husband that it just
got typed up that way and he
was still just the co-signer
and his brother the primary
buyer. There was also an arbitration agreement in the contract. Can the salesman or the company be sued or held accountable?
