What is the name of your state? NY

If a car dealer has an Ad Advertisment on TV,and if the price was misprinted *wasn't the exact price* but if it was still posted as a lower price then what they are really selling the car for,do they still have to honor that ad and sell the car for the price of the ad? or do they have the right to say no and sell it for a higher price?
