On the evening Monday, October 8, 2001 I signed a 3 year modeling contract. I feel like I no longer want to work with my manager. The contract is not effective until Monday October 15, 2001. I feel that he misled me into believing he had a studio, in reality, he used a digital camera and had me standing in front of a sheet taped to the wall. Can I get out of the contract, and if I can or can't, can I stil make him destroy any pictures he has taken prior to the actual contract starting date?
