here is my situation: the bank that my mobile home loan was through sold my loan to a morgage company. They have not send me a coupon book for my payments yet. My mother read in our local newspaper that with these companies I have rights. One of these rights is that I do not a have to make a payment until I receive a payment book. Is this true? They send me one back in April for 1 payment that was it. I have no idea where to send the payment and they keep wanting me to use paybill express through Wal-Mart.

Does this mean they've contacted you? If they have then they are aware that you owe them and expect their money.
This happened to a friend of mine and they lost their house over it.
