I purchased a motorhome in Nevada, but I live in California

The dealer sold me a service contract for two years, effective immediately.

On picking up the motorhome I drove 35 miles and the turbobooster blew up , the service contract turned down the repair as preexisting.

Do I have implied warranty by the dealer or do I have a legal case

Thank you very much Dewey E. Norris
