What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello,
I took my bike to a motorcycle repair shop to get the carbs cleaned. When I got it back, there was some damage (paint missing, dents, speakers damaged). He also told me that I owed $265, when he originally quoted me $150 (verbally). He said the extra was parts.

Within a few days of getting the bike home I was having the same problem and finally, about a month later I paid a different motorcycle mechanic to do the same job.

Are these things I can sue for in small claims (damage, job not done right)? If so, what claims do they fall under?

Thanks for anyone's help!
