My wife brought a new car today and traded in my old car with title in my name only ?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MaineMy wife just brought a new car today . And traded my car with a title with my name on it I am the sole owner of the car . I have not signed over the title of it and have no intention of doing so if I can legaly keep it . My wires new car is titled in her name only . Is there anyway of me keeping my old car and just giving them the value that they were going to give her for the trade in thanks in advance . John
