Need a contract for product overseas

Hello,

Hope I posted in the right section, if not, I apologize.

I am currently working with an overseas company who I have given my idea and they are going to produce it. Everything is ready and they are ready for me to pay for the moldings to start production. I want to know what contract I would need to protect myself from them selling the product to anyone else besides me. If anyone can point me to an online contract template or some advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

The type of contract you want needs to be very specific, there is no way a boilerplate template will work for you. I would suggest a visit to an attorney, especially one that deals with foriegn companies.
