I bought a car from somebody. We agreed on a price. I paid. Then when I went to get the car legalized they told me that he owes 400+ dollars in fees that he never paid and I refuse to pay those. He wasn't up front about it. It's there any legal action I can take to get the 400+ for the penalty fees?
