What is the name of your state? I live in Upstate NY.
I Have been in the Auto industry for a while, and sales had been good until the houseing market is starting to scared the banks, long story short- I felt 60 day late on a bill. I called them and made an arrangement:
They told me as long as I paid the past interest and late fees, that they could defer the two months that I fell behind and would reduced mypayments until my situation changed. and could get back on my feet. I brought them the payment. I was told the very next day that corporate would not except that agreement and that I had to come up with two more full payments. did I not have an agreement or contract? since they took my money!!!!!?
