kansas--i registered online in 1999 for a subscription to ancestry.com. i have not logged into their system since mid-1999. they continue to bill my visa card for renewals--i continue to fight them on it. they won't take them off my visa--isn't this negative balloting and isn't it illegal in the state of kansas?
