We purchased a brand new boat on Saturday, hooked it up, went out the lake and it wouldn't start at first and then there was an alarm going off constantly and the mechanic told us (over the phone) that we had to bring it in to have it looked at.
We had other problems with this dealership with regard to buying this boat so my husband and I decided we'd be best off returning the boat. The dealership told us we can't return the boat and that there is no 72 hour period that we can return the boat within, is he right? Thanks much.
