 What is the name of your state? florida
i just purchased a new jeep, and a couple of hours later the dealership called and said that they forgot to include the crome bumpers price and that would be additional 1300. can they do that after all the contracts have been signed.
i did get financing with my bank so i have to go back with a check on tuesday. what are my rights?

No they can't. The dealership and yourself entered a contractual agreement for the specified goods and specific amount. You paid for what you got. It would be like buying something on sale, and the store trying to charge you more the next day because it's not on sale. Enjoy your free chrome bumpers.
