my husband and i signed a contract to build a home on a specific lot with a builder on 7/29/2001 ---the contract sates via an internal code tbb which means "to be built" with several other standard contingencies, for example, financing within 14 days. the sales rep sold the lot to us knowing that permits and construction was to begin as an inventory/spec home(actually 8/1/2001) --she did not disclose that the lot we signed a contract for was indeed a spec home....-what are our options?
