when buying a new car what is the law conserning returning it and getting out of contract and what is the time frame for such.

no kidding, unless you can prove you were drunk or high as a kite and the salesman knew about it, you are stuck.

If there is a major defect in 30 days, and it cant be fixed there are lemon laws to protect you.

but if its a good running car, then your only option is to sell it to somone else for what you paid for it and pay off the loan.
