Massachusetts.
Regarding the "No purchase Necessary" laws: Here is the scenario: An employer with over 250 employees conducts a random drawing with a $100 prize, open to employees only. To be eligible to enter & win this random drawing the employee must purchase a product from their retail store division of over $10. There were no provisions for no purchase necessary. Is this legal?

It's a private contest not open to the public, the organizer can make a "purchase required" rule if they wish.
