I've attempted to contact the client who owes me for developing his web site but has been fruitless and I'm about to seek counsil.
If I have more than enough evidence of building his web site, from emails, to original code and master files, to phone calls what is the best AND worst case scenario that I would be able to get the money they owe me if I go to court with or without a lawyer?
