in texas, what are the legal options that i have if i bought a new car and paid cash over 90 days ago, yet the dealership has been unable to furnish the title to me? their response to my repeated inquiries is that they are unable to locate the MSO and can not title the vehicle without it. i am closing on a new house in michigan on june the 11th and we will be moving shortly thereafter, so i need a resolution quickly so that i can legally change the plates to another state. regards, teresa neilson
