and I doubt you will be getting leagal[sic] aid, at least if you are referring to a low or no cost legal assistance. I cannot see any of the legal aid groups getting all excited about you trying to prove your broken phone is not the cause of your problem.


Here is a better idea: if you really believe Nokia's warranty or general policies are a problem, contact your state's attorney general's office. They deal with consumer protection and might be able to help you.
