Signed a bill of sale for a truck owned by a national corporation for $1900 and handed over a cashiers check for same.
Authorized seller faxed bill of sale and check to corporate offices and said Title for truck will arrive in around 10 days. After 8 days
Corporation says truck has a book value of $2700 so said they were sending back check. They said if I want truck I have to Pay an additional $800. I have copies of bill of sale and cashiers check.
What can I do ? Do I have any recourse?
