the firm I am asking about is in SEATTLE WA
I ordered some soft ware from this US games house,
paid by bank cheque on a US bank,which was paid into thier bank 10days later. After 60 days nothing was heard,so I wrote to the firm aletter which was ignored,I wrote again 30 days later still no joy. What is my next step?is there a consumer group in the US I can contact? I have had no help this side of the world,
