Not receiving gift card from a promotion

NY. I recently bought a new vehicle under a promotion with bjs and Ford. After you purchase the vehicle you fill out a survey and then allow 6 week to receive a $500 gift card. It has been 9 1/2 weeks now since I have received the confirmation email that they received my survey. Is there any thing that I can do to ensure I get my gift card and or get compensation due to the delay?

You're not getting compensated for the delay. They most likely said "allow 9 weeks" which isn't a guarantee. You can try the livehelp on bjauto to inquire as to the status.
