What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WASHINGTON STATE.
I WAS APPROVED FOR A CAR LOAN BY CAPITALONE AND ISSUED A BLANK CHECK. AT THE DEALERSHIP THEY ACCEPTED THE CHECK AND I SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE. THEY WERE FILLING OUT A APPLICATION FOR ANOTHER LOAN WITH WECHOVIA AT TWICE THE INTEREST RATE I HAD WITH CAPONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE .Now i have two car payments and there is a lien on the car tobot:eek:. Nice mess ahh!!!

The dealer has obviously made a mistake, what did they say when you went back and discussed this with them?

Which FI is the lienholder?
