This evening I made a hotel reservation with an online company. The price was ridiculously cheap (2 nights for $36.99). I used my credit card to make the reservation and printed out my confirmation, which showed the # of nights, # of people, and the balance due at checkout. I called the hotel just to confirm and was given the run around. They say a mistake was made as does the go-between company which passed on the reservation. What are my rights in this matter? Thanks for any input.
