last january i prepaid 2380.00 to an online tour company for a whale watching tour in baja california (san ignacio, mexico) on March 30, 2001. the night before the trip, i was emailed that my trip was cancelled and i was promised a full refund that I have not yet received. the tour company is based in moab, utah and I am in tucson, arizona. the website is still there and they are still requesting money up front for tours but their cancellation policy ensures full refunds. would a lawyer be able to help me get my money back?
