Dear Legal Advice:
I took my car to a dealer to be serviced. There was three completely different service requests. One was an oil change. I paid for all three, including the $27.80 for the oil change. I drove the car away and about 450 miles later I began to hear unusual noises from the engine. They had not changed the oil, the oil ran dry, damaging the engine. The lower portion of the engine needs to be repaired and the car is unusable for 20-25 days.
The car will probably never be the same. Before this it had 70,000 miles and a blue book of $17,000. What are my options? They are fixing it but I have been robbed.
