Parking lot liabilities

Liability on the part of Parking Lot for stolen Motorcycle.
Queen Mary Parking, lot had hired "extra" undercover security because of past thefts, but, my Harley was stolen!Does the parking lot have any liability in this?
Since they knew it was happening and did not inform me until after the fact?
