What is the name of your state? texas.
purchased honda, upon totaling car, found out our oringal contract was completely changed with forged signatures... general manager has taken responsibility but is offering only to pay remainder of $1,200. and nothing else. Can we recover what we want(every dime that has gone into car including ins.?). Also why couldn't you sue for big $$$ to make an example that fraud is costly??
