persoanl liability & business contract

I have a small business (two partners)which is incorporated. I am being sued for lost income because I was unable to deliver a job on time. Is there any personal liabilty-can they get me personally. I always sign for the party of the first part which is a corporation.

If you have observed all the corporate formalities and have kept your own affairs separate from the corporate affairs, then you will be protected from personal liabilities for corporate obligations.
