I have someone who has left there personal property at my house. It includes old cars and other big items that I could get money out of if I sold them. They have been there for 3 years so I am wondering what actions should I take to either get him to take them out or be able to sell them since I have possession of them. Like what kind of notices are sufficient to let him know that I will get rid of them if he doesn't remove them within a reasonable amount of time.
