I signed up for Personal Training at LA Fitness for an agreed flat amount for a number of sessions with a trainer. One month later I started being debited $158 bi-weekly. I called and canceled and asked for a refund for the amount billed. They assured me that they made an error and the money would be credited to my account. They now claim that I signed a contract describing the above terms. I assure you that I did not sign any contract. I have requested a copy of the said contract, however they refuse to send me a copy. Are they obligated to provide a copy of the contract to settle this dispute?
