What is the name of your state? texas
over the phone, i agreed to work for an internet company, they had to provide me the materials, i was under the impression i would be charged $24 per month for the necessary supplies to complete the job, they say i agreed to pay 20-24 to my credit card (minimum payment) to cover the $1000 charge; i feel very mislead, that was not my intent, i informed them 1 day after the charge hit that i could not work with that, i said i would return (without opening) the supplies and that i would not bother them again, please refund my money ... they said they couldn't do that, we had an agreement and they had recorded the conversation ... in the end, i will have received no goods or services from them ... do i have a right to receive a refund?
