What is the name of your state? arizona... if a person were to receive non-collection calls/non tele-marketing calls from a credit card company at 7am, would this constitute under the FDCPA as harassing calls at unreasonable hours? (also, calls being made causing phone to ring continuesly to meet company call quotas?--harassing calls to consumers in order to meet quotas) or would this only apply to collectors and telemarketers calling before 8am? thank you...
