I ordered an item from a larger mail order retailer, they confirmed the item description & the price & charged my CC. Apparently there was a catolog misprint, they sent me the item that they meant to describe, & told me I can have the one I ordered if I pay the diff. (about 30% more). What are my options?? Since they gave me the price & description on the phone & took my money, did'nt we enter into a binding contract?
