i recently purchased a used transmission for my automobile. it came with a warrenty of 6 months. i had it put in by a different shop for a price of 400 for labor. the transmission does not work and the place i purchased it. will not credit me for the instalation price. they will warrenty the part but not the labor..... now my question is dont they have to cover the install price because if i had not purchased that transmission i never would have paid to put it in..so if they sold me a broken transmission do i have a legal case to take this to court? im in colorado please help:confused:
