She is the intended beneficiary of the contract with vested rights. You cannot breach the contract, and must perform as agreed. Tell her she can have the suit as soon as the balance is paid off.

If not, she can sue for multiple damages under chapter 93a consumer protection.

I should also tell you that I have records of all her payments and how much she was quoted for in the first place
